The Detian Transnational Waterfall Scenic Area is located in Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, across the China-Vietnam border. Spanning over 200 meters in width, it is a famous waterfall in Asia, the second cross-border waterfall in the world, and also one of the filming locations for the TV drama “The Journey of Flower.”
The source of the waterfall is the boundary river between China and Vietnam - the Guichun River, which flows into Vietnam and then back to Guangxi, passing through Detian Village in Daxin County, before cascading down three levels from a cliff over 60 meters high to form the magnificent landscape of the Detian Waterfall. On the left side of the waterfall is the smaller Ban Gioc Waterfall in Vietnam, with the two waterfalls, one large and one small, hanging between lush cliffs like a pair of intimate sisters.
