The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie

Situated in Sanguansi Township, Cili County, Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, the Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie is a key highlight of the eastern China tourist route, adjacent to the famous Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area.

Renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, deep gorges, spectacular waterfalls, and dense vegetation, the canyon is a paradise for nature enthusiasts. With meandering streams, waterfalls tumbling from steep cliffs, crystal-clear lakes, and fresh mountain air, the canyon is a perfect escape from the summer heat. The towering cliffs on both sides of the canyon, coupled with its deep and narrow valleys, create a unique and dramatic landscape. In addition to its stunning scenery, the Grand Canyon is rich in ecological diversity, with abundant plant and animal life. Major attractions include the Glass Bridge, Tianhe Waterfall, Colorful Lake, and Shenquan Creek. The Glass Bridge, one of the tallest and longest glass bridges in the world, is a standout feature of the canyon.
