Itinerary:
Today, guests will arrive at Chongqing Airport on their own, where a exclusive car and guide will be waiting to transfer them to the InterContinental Chongqing City Hotel located in Chaotianmen Square, overlooking the Yangtze River and Jialing River. Rest and relax at the hotel. In the evening, we will head to Nanshan for a delicious and spicy food feast to kick off this Chongqing trip.
If you arrive early, you can also choose to explore the city of Chongqing.

Sleep until you wake naturally, visit Anju Ancient Town (60 kilometers/1.5 hours), a town with a history of over 1500 years, known for its ancient saying “Anju relies on the mountains as a city, carries the Longmen, controls the iron horses, looks up to Suipu, overlooks Bayu, Fuzhou River enters the territory for thousands of miles, meets with Chouxi, Qiongjiang, and Wumuxi under the city, and surrounds the city three times to form deep pools”. In today’s urban environment where the New Year’s atmosphere is fading and the sense of ceremony is weakening, we will visit ancient towns and invite local folklore experts to lead you into the guild hall, make rice cakes, eat local products, and walk through ancient streets and alleys to experience the literati culture.
In the afternoon, drive to Zigong, Sichuan (200 kilometers/2.5 hours), to taste local Yanbang cuisine. As night falls, go to enjoy the Zigong International Lantern Festival.

Sleep until waking naturally, then we we will take a car to Leshan (120 kilometers/1.5 hours). Take a boat to admire the full view of the Leshan Giant Buddha, then indulge in unlimited local snacks in the food city of Leshan.
In the afternoon, drive to Chengdu (180 kilometers/2.5 hours), upon arrival, check in at the Chengdu Boshe Hotel to rest.

For thousands of years, the Leshan Giant Buddha, located at the confluence of the Minjiang River, Qingyi River, and Dadu River, facing Leshan City across the river, has witnessed the cultural changes of generations of urban residents.
